Medical dispute is one of major issues which disturb medical professional staffs. Although there are many initiatives existed, a holistic medical dispute resolution system is needed. Medical dispute in the United States is a major concern as well. Experience was accumulated in three waves of medical dispute crisis since 1970s. In this paper, we selected the Harvard experience as an example to demonstrate how they dealt with medical dispute through a prospective framework. At the end, this paper also provides reflections on Taiwan medical dispute resolution system. |
