露營是一個以帳篷、露營車或營舍為住宿方式的戶外活動,適合不同年齡、性別、職業階層、生活型態的人共同參與,且其不限制人數的特色。露營具有高度自主性、體驗野外生活及接觸大自然等特性。露營有別於一般傳統的休閒活動,是一項常見的戶外活動。藉由從露營活動,得以放鬆心情、結交朋友並享受大自然,本研究旨在探討露營體驗對於同儕互動及生活滿意度的影響。以曾經參與過露營經驗者為研究對象,採用網路問卷調查法,回收有效問卷301份,以結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。研究結果發現:(一)露營體驗對同儕互動有正向影響。(二)同儕互動對生活滿意度有正向影響。(三)露營體驗對生活滿意度有正向影響。(四)50歲以上參與露營的活動的人較多,尤其是與家人、親戚為主要同行人員。(五)生活滿意度的變項中則是以休閒享受的反映效果最高,表示參與露營體驗可以紓解壓力、讓心情愉快舒暢。基於上述研究結果,建議可將露營活動納入政府機關及公司行號的自強活動,透過露營體驗,促進同儕之間的互動與提升生活滿意度,讓人們更有意願參加或體驗露營活動。
Camping is an outdoor activity in which tents, campers, or camps are used for accommodation. It is suitable for people of different ages, genders, occupations, and lifestyles, and it does not limit the number of people. Camping has a high degree of autonomy, the experience of wild life and contact with nature. Camping is different from the usual traditional leisure activities and is a common outdoor activity. Through camping activities, people can relax, make friends, and enjoy nature. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of camping experience on peer interaction and life satisfaction. Based on the experience of camping experience, 301 questionnaires were collected and the structural equation model (SEM) was used as the analysis tool. The findings show that: (1) the camping experience has a positive influence on peer interaction. (2) peer interaction has a positive influence on life satisfaction. (3) the camping experience has a positive influence on life satisfaction. (4) There are many people over the age of 50 who participate in camping activities, especially with family members and relatives. (5) In the variable of life satisfaction, the reflection effect of leisure enjoyment is the highest, indicating that participating in the camping experience can relieve stress and make the mood pleasant and comfortable. Based on the above findings, it is recommended that camping activities be included in the self-improvement activities of government agencies and firms. Through the camping experience, the interaction between peers and the satisfaction of life will be enhanced, which can motivate people to participate in or enjoy camping activities. |
