無人遙控載具之電力分配系統是電源、配電系統、和ROV用電負載所組成的完整體系,電源通常可分為交流或直流兩種。配電部分則包括供電電纜、電線、配電機械。由電力變換器(如變壓器和整流器等)所得到的電能通常被看做系統的二次電源。系統的用電負載即ROV上各種電器設備所耗電能。本研究首先調查水下載具所謂之電力負載,規劃出遙控載具的電力配置種類與用電量,評估與設計ROV用電負載體系,並以電腦模擬變壓器的轉換過程,以確保電源穩定與足夠電量供應;爾後實際測試由母船經電纜下傳到ROV的電力與控制訊號穩定性。之後在沒有潮流的水槽中測試後,再至有海流的海域測試,確認ROV與各系統間電力與訊號的傳輸能成功達成。
Electrical layout system of unmanned remotely operated vehicles is an intact system composed of power supply, power distribution, and ROV electricity loading. Power is generally divided into two types of alternating current and direct current. Power distribution part includes power-up cable, electric wire and distribution machine. The electric energy obtained by electricity changer (like transformer and rectifier, and so on) is regarded as secondary power of the system. Power loading of the system is the electric energy used by all kinds of ROV electric equipment. The research is to enquire the electrical load need of the systems in ROV first. It is necessary to plan the layout kinds and quantity of the electricity used by the ROV, to evaluate and design ROV electric loading system, and to simulate the transfer process of the transformer with a computer to ensure power stability and enough electricity supply; and then the stability of electricity and control signals by ship transmission to ROV through cable is tested. After a test in a non-current channel, this research has the test in the ocean current to confirm that the electricity and signal transmission between ROV and the other systems are successfully obtained. |
