世界油價上升且營運成本增加,如何保養引擎機件且延長壽命,並更加節省油品消耗,是為目前大型漁船所考慮的重點。尤其一般漁船延長設備引擎內容為保養及維修,卻忽略了漁船引擎運轉所產生機件積碳,導致引擎耗損、油量增加及減少機件壽命等問題。本研究的主要目的是研發清除積碳系統,並探討運轉中積碳清洗對漁船引擎之燃燒性能與排氣污染效應。研究結果顯示引擎運轉中積碳清洗後會降低制動比耗油率及增加缸內壓力,清洗劑清洗後引擎之CO2及NO_x等排放濃度稍微升高的現象,CO、HC與Smoke排放濃度則減少。本系統於不同引擎轉速下,清碳百分率為14.7%到43.6%。
The oil price is rising and then operating cost is increasing in recent years, and how to maintain engine pans with prolonging their life and reducing fuel consumption is the concern of the present large fishing boats. In particular, general fishing boats have been prolonging their equipment lifespan by focusing on maintenance and repair, but they have neglected the carbon deposits in engine parts caused by the engine operation on fishing boats. These deposits then generate engine consumption, higher fuel consumption, and shorter engine lifespan. The primary objective of this study is to develop a carbon deposit cleaning system, to investigate how carbon deposit run-tune cleaning affects combustion performance and exhaust emissions. The results show that carbon deposit rut-time cleaning run reduce brake specific fuel consumption but increase cylinder pressure, and then CO2 and NO(subscript x) emissions slightly increase, while exhaust emissions CO, HC and Smoke concentrations decrease. The percents of cleaning carbon for this system are from 14.7% to 43.6% for various engine speeds. |
