關於潛艦選擇的問題是屬於多屬性決策問題,是根據兩個或更多被定義為重要與差異的替選方案中,將所有可能及作決策的過程;考量系統中多個屬性進行評估,且有不同的測量單位和不同的測量精確性,並據以計算每一備案的分數,根據這些分數的高低以達到多種替選方案排序的目的。一般對於多屬性決策問題,所面臨的評估條件往往是具有複雜性與不明確性,因此在決策的過程中,是靠著過去所累積的經驗,由主觀的判斷後再做出決定。所以傳統多屬性決策方法,是不能有效處理類似問題的,文中運用「灰色理論」的「灰關聯分析」來探討這類潛艦選擇的多屬性決策問題是合適良好的研究方法。
The performance evaluation and optimal design of submarine systems are multiple criteria decision-making problems. The traditional multiple criteria programming is not flexible enough in building the system evaluation model due to limited experimental data and human experience. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm for evaluating submarine systems based on grey relative analysis, which is a multiple criteria decision-making approach in grey theory. In this way, grey relation coefficients of the different attributes can be finally compared. As a meaningful and practical tool, the new algorithm is applied to a submarine system evaluation and selection problem. |
