近年來為了抵抗砲彈或彈頭破片的威力,不同型式的防護裝甲亦不斷開發,以提昇裝甲結構的抗彈能力,新型之防護裝甲結構如中空裝甲,複合式裝甲等皆已開發成功,基本上在防護裝甲之抗彈性能皆深受肯定。由於中空裝甲結構兼具製造容易,生產成本低,符合經濟效益等優點,為使在船艦結構系統概念設計之初,將防護結構抗彈性能分析納入考慮,以確保船艦內戰鬥人員及火控、彈藥與動力等裝備之安全。因此,本論文將以有限元素套裝分析軟體DYTRAN及前後處理器PATRAN,建立一套裝甲防護結構分析工具,並探討中空裝甲防護結構之抗彈性能,以做為船艦防護結構啟始設計階段之參考,並建立防護中空裝甲結構之設計能量。
In order to resist a high performance projectile, different types of composite armor have developed. The new types of armor such as space armor and composite armor have been successfully developed and used in the protective structures. Among the merits of such space armor are easy to manufacture and cheaper than the others. For ensuring the safety of men, ammunitions and powers, the anti-penetration properties of armor must be considered at the concept design of building stage. The spaced armor is analyzed and its anti-penetrating capability is evaluated using DYTRAN and PATRAN analysis codes in this study. Results show that the anti-penetrating capability of spaced armor are more effective than the single plate. In present study, the analysis approaches of spaced armor and some important results can provide a useful reference for development of new design ships and improvement of original ones in the future. |
