本稿之研究目的係探討台灣北部後期中等教育日語教師,依一般高中、職業高中、綜合高中的情況,進行專業知能的分析。研究結果提供爾後規劃、改善日語教師進修制度及師資培育制度之參考。調查結果臚列如下:1.一般高中的日語教師對「言語一般」、「言語與教育」、「社會‧文化‧地域」、「言語使用」的自評得點達顯著差異。特別在「言語與教育」的「言語教育法‧實技」部份,自評得點最高。2.職業高中與綜合高中的日語教師對「言語一般」、「言語與教育」、「社會‧文化‧地域」的自評得點達顯著差異。兩者在「言語與教育」的「言語教育法‧實技」部份,自評得點均最高。3.三群自評得點僅在「日語構造」、「言語教育法‧實技」項目達顯著差異;綜合高中日語教師比職業高中日語教師自評得點較高,更具信心。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Professional Competency of the Japanese teachers who are from general high schools, vocational high schools, comprehensive high schools, focus on Japanese teachers at upper secondary education in northern Taiwan. This study can be significant resource for future in-service training and teacher training system. The findings from this survey are as follows: 1. There were significant differences in general high schools' teachers on the self- esteem at (1) language and average territory, (2) language and education territory, (3) social cultural and regional territory, (4) language use territory. Especially in language and education territory, the part of language education & skills got the highest of self-esteem. 2. There were significant differences in vocational high schools' teachers and comprehensive high schools' teachers on the self- esteem at (1) language and average territory, (2) language and education territory, (3) social cultural and regional territory. They both got the highest score of self-esteem in language and education territory and the part of language education & skills 3. The self-esteem of these 3 groups reached significant differences only in (1) the structure of Japanese, (2) method of language education and practical skills. Comprehensive high school' teachers reached higher scores and were more confident than vocational high schools' teachers. |
