在日本蔚為風潮的《深夜食堂》漫畫也席捲台灣,除了漫畫外,同時還出版了食譜,以及相關之圖文書籍,甚至改編成電視劇。而其時而溫馨時而憂愁的內容療癒了許多人心。本研究以《深夜食堂×dancyu》一書作為翻譯評析的題材,藉由書中對《深夜食堂》人氣料理的作法、賞味秘訣等之陳述,從飲食風味表現的差異進行剖析,檢視譯者如何克服中、日文語言表達形式上的差異,並探討在翻譯過程中,譯者採用何種翻譯策略詮釋日文中涉及的「擬人化表現」、「美味表現」,以及形容「食物風味的擬聲擬態詞」。此外,更進一步歸納日文系大三學生在進行此類翻譯時,所產生的翻譯問題以及使用策略和專業譯者之間的差異,為日後翻譯教學提出相關建議。
Japan’s trend of Midnight Diner manga has also swept across Taiwan. Aside from manga, Midnight Dinner also publishes recipes and illustrated books, and has even been adapted into a television series. Its warmth and sometimes melancholy has provided therapy for many people. In this study, we use "Midnight Diner ×dancyu"as the materials for translation analysis, using the description of recipes for popular dishes in "Midnight Diner"to carry out an analysis from the perspective of differences in food culture. We analyze how translators overcome difference in the form of language expression in Chinese and Japanese, exploring the translation strategies used by translators for anthropomorphic performance and good taste performance and to express onomatopoeia related to taste. In addition, we analyze the problems in translation and strategies used by third year students from the Department of Japanese when carrying out translation with the aim to put forward suggestions for the future teaching of translation. |
