本論文首先對豐田汽車最近面臨的金融危機及大規模召回事件等,其發展至今之歷史中危機管理的態度與策略進行分析。接著,於豐田之危機處理機制與累積的相關知識、經營理念的基礎上,進一步以風險管理之角度,探究311東日本大震災以及豐田的環保對應科技開發策略。透過歷史的資料與文獻之分析,瞭解到豐田幾經重大的危機,均能安然度過。作者發現「豐田管理方式」中存在著一種所謂的「相互作用之危機管理」模式,而在高度要求環保對應科技的時代裡,更能體認到「豐田管理方式」具有很強的風險管理體質。
In this paper, Toyota recently faced financial crisis and the large-scale recallincident, the relevant measures in the history that it has been developed up to now and the way of risk management will be analyzed. And, in light of Toyota's crisis response mechanisms, the stacked know-how or management philosophy, while touching the 311 Great East Japan Earthquake incident, on the other hand, will explore the Toyota's environmental technology development strategy. Through the analysis of historical materials and literature, Toyota has been faced in several major crisis, were found to have survived well. A kind of "Interaction crisis management"is built among the "Toyota management system", even in the era where environmental technologies are required, "Toyota management system"is to be recognized as something strong to risk and crisis management. |
