當前日語教育在全球呈現一種飽和現象。若藉由創新理論來解釋這40年來日語教育的發展,雖然可以認為是知識創新的全球普及,但是蓬勃發展即將邁入停滯狀態之時,意味著普及曲線已經逼近前半部的極限。此狀況同樣意味著必須追求「第二創新」。而摸索「第二創新」的可能性,對於日語教育來說是今後的重要課題之一。此時此刻面臨到台灣急遽少子化的社會現象,此將會為今後的台灣高等教育帶來巨大的衝擊。截至今日,在高等教育為基礎順利蓬勃發展出的台灣日語教育,受到少子化的巨大影響當然不在話下。而身處日語教育的停滯期與少子化的雙重衝擊之下,台灣的日語教育被迫需要針對短期職涯教育做出緊急的應變措施、創新,此乃是本論文要析論的主要課題。間接應證出臺灣完成民主化階段後的大學教育之普世新價值。
Now a day, Japanese language education has reached a kind of saturation globally. If development of the Japanese language education for a little more than 40 years is caught by the spread theory of an innovation, this can be said that this was the global spread of some kinds of intellectual innovations. However, its growing curve of into the state where growth stopped now means that the curve of the diffusion curve has approached a limit of the first half. Japanese language education is asked for the second innovation at this point. The grope of the possibility is a future important subject for Japanese language education.The other side, in Taiwan, a rapid advance of a decrease in the birthrate will give a severe shock to high education from now on. Japanese language education of Taiwan which has developed favorably in high education is also subject to the severe influence of a decrease in the birthrate naturally. Taiwan Japanese language education has received two adverse winds called stagnation of Japanese language education, and the shock of a decrease in the birthrate. In these situations, Japanese language education of Taiwan needs to tide over a crisis by career education correspondence in the short term. And it is necessary to create new worth of university education as a bearer of democratization of Taiwan in the long run. |
