台灣高中階段的第二外語教育的實施可追溯到1983年,當時以選修科目作為試辦方式。隨著近年的教育改革與高中追求「辦學特色」的趨勢,高中第二外語的實施規模逐漸擴大。本論文從第二外語教育政策與高中教育改革的角度,並以桃園縣大園國際高中為例,論述當前高中第二外語的現況與課題。結論之中肯定政府的決心與該高中辦學績效外,也強調高中第二外語應該積極推廣,並重視高中與大學相關課程銜接與第二外語專任師資的培育問題。
In Taiwan, second foreign language education in high school level was launched as a selective subject since 1983. In the present, it has been expanding to a bigger scale in term of education reform. Based on education policies review and the interview on Dayuan International Senior High School, this paper discussed the issues and problems of second foreign language education in high school level. It is concluded that the government's determination and the marked effect at Dayuan International Senior High School should be praised, and second foreign language education in high school level should be promoted sustainably. Moreover, high school-university connection of curriculum and second education of foreign language teacher are important issues as well. |
