本稿之研究目的依性別探討台灣北部後期中等教育之男性及女性日語教師的專業知能狀況,其研究結果提供爾後規劃日語教師進修課程的參考。其調查結果臚列如下:1 .男性日語教師對「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會.文化.地域之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。2 .女性日語教師對「言語一般之相關領域」、「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會.文化.地域之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。3 .男性與女性日語教師對「言語與教育之相關領域」中的「言語教育與情報」該項,其自我評鑑得點達顯著差異;結果顯示男性教師較女性教師對此項目更具信心。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Professional Competency of the gender differences, focus on Japanese teachers at upper secondary education in northern Taiwan. According to the purpose, t his study can be significant resource for future in-service training. The findings from this survey are as follows:1. There were significant differences in male Japanese teachers on the self-evaluation at (1) language and education territory, (2) social cultural and regional territory.2. There were significant differences in female Japanese teachers on the self-evaluation at (1) language and average territory, (2)language and education territory, (3)social cultural and regional territory.3. There were significant differences in language education and information of the territory of language and education. And the results showed mal e Japanese teachers were more confident. |
