The Current Development of Official Development Assistant Organizations in Japan

日本從戰後被援助的國家，經過五十年以上的歷史，累積多樣而重大的成果。2000年日本的國際援助金額達135億美金，一度超越美國，成為國際援助金額第一大國。本論文主要以最新的官方資料分析「獨立行政法人國際協力機構」（Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA）與「國際協力銀行」（Japan Bank for International Cooperation, JBIC）組織性質、架構、法令、運作方式，並提出其特色以供我國參考。 After WWII, Japan had been striving to transform from an ”aided” nation to an ”aiding” nation through the contribution of Official Development Assistant (ODA). The paper attempts to discuss the characteristics and affairs of the two current organizations, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) through the latest official data.
