本稿之研究目的係探討台灣北部後期中等教育日語教師之專業知能狀況,其研究結果提供爾後規劃日語教師進修課程之參考。本研究以北部高中日語教師為調查對象,有效問卷102份。其調查結果臚列如下:1.「具留學經驗」的高中日語教師對「言語一般之相關領域」、「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會‧文化‧地域之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。2.「無留學經驗」的高中日語教師對「言語一般之相關領域」、「言語與教育之相關領域」、「社會‧文化‧地域之相關領域」「言語使用之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異。3.日本留學經驗別(2群)對「言語與教育之相關領域」中的「言語教育法與實技」該項、「言語使用之相關領域」中的「言語預測及溝通」該項及「社會‧文化‧地域之相關領域」之自我評鑑得點達顯著差異;上述結果顯示「具留學經驗」較「無留學經驗」的高中日語教師更具信心。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the professional competency of the Japanese teachers at upper secondary education in northern Taiwan. According to the purpose, this study can be significant resource for future in-service training. The findings from this survey are as follows: 1. There were significant differences on the(1)language and average territory ,(2)language and education territory, (3) social cultural and regional territory in the self-estimate of high school Japanese teachers with the experience of studying abroad.2. There were significant differences on the (1)language and average territory ,(2)language and education territory,(3)language and education territory,(4)language use territory. in the self-estimate of high school Japanese teachers without the experience of studying abroad.3. There were significant differences between the two groups' self-estimate on the (1)language and education territory,(2) language use territory,(3)social cultural and regional territory. And the results showed teachers with the experience of studying abroad were much more confident. |
