至今,在社會語言學或是語言習得研究領域中,已有許多研究為了實現母語話者與學習者間協調的人際溝通,而以母語話者的分析為對象。再者,日語中有關「交涉表達涵意(negotiation of meaning)」的研究多以「完成任務」的調查方式為主,分析資料取自實際對話的研究為數甚少。因此,本研究以母語話者與學習者的交談場合為主題,討論雙方在透過視訊會議系統進行的交流當中,為了解決溝通上產生的問題,分別會採取哪些「調整策略」,而所採取的「調整策略」在對話的互動當中又會產生哪些作用,以「聯合作業」的觀點來進行分析考察。並且透過交談的對方對「要求進行調整的策略」作何反應這方面的分析考察,讓本研究得以從更宏觀的角度來掌握調整行為。
In order to achieve smooth communication between native speaker and learners, there are many studies in the field of social linguistics or language acquisition set native speakers as the target while conducting analysis, so far. I n addition, most of the Japanese studies which are about negotiation of meaning are mainly task-oriented. We are almost unable to find the studies which are using real conversation data as analysis material. Therefore, we took conversation between native speaker and learner as the theme, discuss which adjustment strategies will be taken in order to solve communication problems in video conferencing. And, investigating what kind of functions would arise from those adjustment strategies from the viewpoint of cooperation. We also consider the reaction to demand for adjustment strategies, for a broader perspective to know adjustment behavior. |
