從技術學院、科技大學畢業至職場：以應用日語系畢業生的追蹤調查為中心（Transition from institute of technology and university of technology to work: On the basis of follow-up study of graduates from department of applied Japanese）

本論文將從工作意識、就業活動、工作的滿意度三個面向，探討學生從技術學院、科技大學畢業至職場的過程中，畢業生的工作目的、就業支援的利用、就業途徑的有效性、個人屬性的重要性以及職業能力形成的路徑與工作滿意度之關係。 Through work consciousness, employment activity, and work degree of satisfaction, this thesis will discuss the graduates' work goal, employment support, the effectiveness of career path, the importance of individual attribute, the relation between the development of occupational ability and work degree of satisfaction, from the process of students graduating from Institute of Technology and University of Technology to Workplace.
