運用平臺經濟模式發展生活支援服務之模式探討

A Case Study of Developing Platform to Provide Creation Service for Ageing Society

臺灣是亞洲國家中高齡化速度最快的國家之一。未來30年內，於1946-1964出生，為數眾多的戰後嬰兒潮即將退休，這世代經歷數位科技的進步具有較高的教育背景和經濟實力，且心態上更樂於學習新知，普遍思想開放、財務獨立、可自由運用時間，且願意投資自己；最重要的是，多為均為健康與亞健康者。此外，由於現代技術的進步，「平臺」使得每一項服務和產品的使用都更加高效，構建了高齡化社會的創新解決方案。本研究試圖透過文獻回顧與深度訪談，分別擇選運用實體平臺與數位平臺個案進行研析，瞭解其運用運用平臺經濟模式提供服務狀況，以及彼此是否可能進行資源嫁接的可能，運用商業模式九宮格分析其營運策略與經營模式，希望為後續有意發展實體平臺或數位平臺服務模式之參考。 Taiwan is one of the growing aging countries in Asia. The baby boomer generation born in 1946- 1964 is about to retirement in thirty years. Some people of this generation are well-educated and high-socioeconomic status group. They are also more open-minded and have experienced the boost of modern technologies, which give them much more different expectation for life in retirement. Moreover, most baby boomers are healthy or sub-healthy condition. In view of the progression of modern medicine and technology has rendered Platform as a Service (PaaS) more efficiency, which also as the unique solution provider for elderly service or community support service in ageing society. Our research starts with literature review, and adopts the method of individual in-depth interview to understand the each case which delivers several professional services for the elderly. We conduct exploratory case studies about how the service providers create a platform to enforce the network of each other and lead the elderly to a healthy life.
