國土測繪資訊整合流通於WEB GIS之技術應用

內政部國土測繪中心（以下簡稱國土測繪中心）掌理國家基礎測繪工作，辦理全國性測繪業務，歷年來已測製豐富之圖資成果如通用版電子地圖、各比例尺地形圖、基本圖、國土利用調查圖、海域基本圖、潮間帶地形圖、地籍圖、段籍圖、控制點等資料。鑑於測繪成果豐碩多樣，且各類型資料的格式與特性各有不同，如何建立一套滿足測繪成果特性之Web GIS 展示及服務供應機制，實為值得研究的課題。因此本文先介紹國土測繪中心目前各類型圖資成果之特性，並因應各類資料特性在Web GIS 應用遭遇之問題與對策加以說明，再介紹國土測繪中心國土測繪資訊整合流通倉儲服務網站圖台成果，以及未來發展之方向。 National Land Surveying and Mapping Center (NLSC) is committed to basic national surveyingand mapping work and manage national surveying and mapping business. For many years, NLSC hasbuilt abundant surveying and mapping results, such as General Version Electronic Map, BasicTopographic Maps, Base Map, Land Use Investigation map, Base Chart of Marine Area, IntertidalZone Topographic Survey, Digital Terrain Model, Cadastral Maps, Paragraph Registry Maps, ControlPoint, etc. As a consequence of rich and diverse surveying and mapping results as well as differentformat and characteristics of data, how to build a Web GIS display and service mechanisms to meetcharacteristic of mapping results is worth studying.Therefore, this paper first describes the characteristics of various map data outcome of NLSC andresponses characteristics of various types of data to problems with the application of Web GIS as well as strategies, and explains. Then the paper introduces the achievement ofLand Surveying and Mapping Information Integration Circulation Warehousing Services Website ofNLSC and future directions.
