台灣地區民辦測量業務之探討

台灣地區自七十年代起，因經濟蓬勃發展，各項工程建設突飛猛進，諸如都市計畫規劃設計、老舊地籍圖之更新、高速公路之興建、水庫之增建、工業區之開闢規劃、農村地區辦理農地重劃、人口密集地區辦理市地重劃、高級住宅大樓之興建等，使得測量業務之需求量一時大為增加。本文旨在探討台灣地區民間測量公司之設立沿革及組織形態和測量公司之人力結構暨儀器設備。尤其深入探討近年來民間測量公司承辦之測量業務狀況、種類及投標、搶標之情形。對於測量作業上遭遇之各項問題提出探討，並謀解決之道。展望未來，則希望與大陸民間測量公司技術交流、共同合作為國家未來重大經濟建設貢獻一己之力。 The needs of survey rose enormously on account of flourishing increase of public construction since 1970.
