應用數值法辦理圖解地籍圖數化區土地複丈之研究

地籍圖是地政單位測量業務中最基本的資料，可分為圖解地籍圖及數值地籍圖兩種，數值法作業快速且精確度高，而圖解法則恰其相反，配合內政部將圖解地籍圖掃瞄數化成數值檔的完成，使原圖解地籍圖之各界址點位均具有數值坐標值。本研究計畫藉著加密控制點及圖根點補建，採六參數〈Affine〉轉換模式建立二系統間之轉換參數，期望藉由參數轉換模式的改正與圖根點補建的程序，能找出以數值法直接辦理圖解數化區土地複丈作業之可行性。 Cadastral maps are the most basic data in department of land administration. Cadastral maps would be divided into digital cadastral map and picture cadastral map, the characteristics of former one are efficient operation and high precision, and contrary to the latter one. Ministry of the Interior already scanned and transformed picture cadastral maps into digital data. This enables the boundary points in original picture cadastral maps have their own coordinates numeric. By means of increasing the density of control points and repairing transverse points, this research adopts Affine transformation model to establish the transformation parameters between two different maps. Through correction of parameters transformation model and process of repairing transverse point, the goal is to find out the practicability of directly using digital cadastral survey method to measure digitized cadastral maps area.
