網際單頻GPS後處理差分定位探討

On the Performance of Internet-Based Single Frequency Post-Processing Differential GPS Positioning

GPS定位精度，可以由差分作業而得提昇。依據差分之方式，又可分為座標差分、電碼差分、及相位差分三種。差分作業需要基地站，為了使用者之便利，固定性長期運作之GPS基地站具有相當大之價值。除了減少使用者維護基地站之負擔，更可因資源公用之精神，而可集群力、統合資源，增加經濟效益並提昇圖形精度與功能。針對製圖之需求，近年來台灣地區由網際網路提供數據之公用性之單頻GPS基地站已設立多所，應用此類基地站所進行之差分作業，對資源調查、地質探勘、緊急救難定位、災區現場調查、等均有重要之價值。本研究以實際測試探討此一作業方式之單頻GPS差分定位精度。 The positioning accuracy of GPS could be improved by using the differential correction. The form of this correction includes, coordinate differentiation, code differentiation, and phase differentiation. For differential GPS, a base station is required. Therefore, the public maintained fixed station service has great value for GPS users.With the data obtained from these base stations, the user can simply operate the rover station, which eases the operation and reduces the expenses.The public maintained base station can serve many users at the same time. The user does not have to operate a fixed station for each individual. The benefit to the entire society is apparent.Furthermore, the reliability and configurations can also be improved. In order to assist field investigation and sampling operations, there are several single frequency GPS base stations recently established in Taiwan. The data is provided via the Internet. This study investigates the performance of the current Internet GPS services.
