私有林主對於造林獎勵政策認知及政策態度之探討－－以台中縣為例

Policy Cognition and Attitude of Private Forest Landowners - A Case Study in Taichung County

本研究旨在探討私有林主對於造林獎勵政策認知及政策態度，以問卷調查的方式對台中地區私有林主進行調查，所得之結果顯示：（1｝在政策認知上，以造林獎勵金的相關問題在政策認知上呈現較高的分數。（2）在政策態度上，大部份私有林主對於政府提供免費種茵的措施有較高的認岡﹔而林主對於造林獎勵金及造林貸款的措施普遍感到不滿意。本研究所得之結果將可提供造林獎勵政策之參考。 Thepuose of this study was to discuss policy cognition and attitude of private forest landowners for reforestation award. Data were collected from private forest landowners on Taichung County by questionnaire. The res叫ts show: (1) in policy cognition, the landowners have higher cognition e subjects about reforestation awd, and (2) in policy atti, the landowners have more agreement in seedling without payment, while lower agreement in both reforestation award and loan for reforestation .The results will provide policy cognition and attitude of private forest landowners for reforestation award policy.
