參與社區林業在生態旅遊之效益－－以宜蘭縣朝陽社區為例

A Benefit of Ecotourism on Identifying with Community Forestry- A Case Study on Chaoyang Community in Yilan County

2002年台灣開始推動社區林業期盼在森林及自然保育的基礎上敵入社區人文、產業、民俗技藝。由生態重建、文化傳承、凝聚共識為前提讓公眾參與，從關心自己的鄉土為自己家鄉環境盡到在地守護、並且與林業機關共同分擔保育與經營的責任。本研究以桂區林業營造生態村來探討與生憊旅遊之發展關係，以宜蘭縣朝陽社區為例，透過文獻分析、輔導以實地訪談調查林業走入社區後對於社區參與自然資源管理及推動生態旅遊之助益。綜合本研究之結果顯示社區林業之發展，透過政府與社區住民合作發展生態旅避，提供生態導覽、民宿及交通工具等服務設施，開發社區婦女烹調風味餐小竹砲、朝陽染等地方性紀念品使經濟收入漸入佳境不但吸引人才回鄉就業營造一個積極保護環境生態且不失其特色的社區，已成功勾勒出朝陽社區以社區林業發展生態旅遊、營造生態村落的美麗藍圖。 The promotion of community, res·hadinitidin Taiwan at 2002. The project, taken at Chaoyang communiin Yilan County, is aimed at combining the community forestwith ecotourism, throughout literature analysis, coaching, and field studies to find out the benefit to commwty development after joining community forestry and ecotourism. The results show that development of communiforestry depends on the cohesion coaching of government and awakening conscious of community. The government and the populace cooperate with the development of eco­tourism to provide servicing facility such as the ecological gaudiness, Bed and Breakfast, transportation vehicle. The development community women cook the flavor meal, small bamboo artillery, and local souvenir such as Chaoyang dyes cause the income gradually to enter the happiest extent. So that, not only a“racts1e talented person to return to home village employment, but also does not lose its characteristic the community.'hey have succeeded outlines the Chaoyang community by the community forestry development eco-tourism, and build the beautiful blueprint of the ecological village.
