醇酸樹脂製造聚胺酯發泡體之探討

本研究以乙二醇(E)與己二酸(A)及鄰苯二甲酸酐(P)反應合成脂肪族醇酸樹脂(EA)及芳香族醇酸樹脂(E-P),並將其分別與HDI、PMDI、Desmodur L、Desmodur N 等四種異氰酸酯混合調配製造PU 發泡體。由結果得知,醇酸樹脂與異氰酸酯種類會影響所製造PU 發泡體之性質,其中脂肪族醇酸樹脂(E-A)配合脂肪族異氰酸酯(HDI、Desmodur N)可有較佳之發泡結果,而芳香族醇酸樹脂(E-P)則須配合芳香族異氰酸酯(PMDI、Desmodur L)。又(E-A)與Desmodur N所調配製造之發泡體具柔軟、強韌性質,且吸水性佳,(E-P)與PMDI 所調配製造之發泡體則屬於硬質發泡體。而(E-A)與HDI 所調配製造之發泡體缺乏強度,且浸水時發生崩解狀態,(E-P)與Desmodur L 所調配製造之發泡體則發泡率偏低,缺乏做為發泡體或彈性體之特性。 In this study, ethylene glycol (E) would react with adipic acid (A) or phthalic anhydride (P), and aliphatic alkyd resin (E-A) and aromatic alkyd resin (E-P) were prepared, respectively. These two alkyd resins were blended with isocyanate compound, such as HDI, PMDI, Desmodur N and Desmodur L, to make PU foams. The results showed that properties of PU foams would depend on the kinds of alkyd resin and isocyanate compound, aliphatic alkyd resin (E-A) should blend with aliphatic isocyanate compound (HDI, Desmodur N) and aromatic alkyd resin (E-P) should blend with aromatic isocyanate compound (PMDI, Desmodur L). PU foams made from blending (E-A) with Desmodur N had soft and toughness mechanical properties, and had good water absorption capability. PU foams made from blending (E-P) with PMDI had properties belonged to hard foam. PU foams made from blending (E-A) with HDI lacked mechanical strength, and would collapse when soaked in water. PU foams made from blending (E-P) with Desmodur L did not have enough foaming rate, could not be used as foam or elastomer.
