在陽宅風水考量下綠建築「基地保水」技術原則探討

The Rainwater Conservation Strategies for Green Buildings under Considering Feng Shui Issues

本文主要探討在陽宅風水考量下綠建築基地保水可行之技術和策略原則，基地保水是綠建築很重要的一項指標，對於基地內土壤的生態環境和都市微氣候改善是有所助益；在政府部門和學者所提供的基地保水技術內容中以滲透水溝設計、景觀貯集滲透池和人工花圃等設施與陽宅風水之環境和植栽之議題是有關聯的。而當我們在積極推動基地水資源保留的理念之際，若能事先考量部分民眾對於傳統陽宅風水信仰的重視議題對於綠建築的推動勢必將更有助益；基地保水技術中部分設施之設置，與陽宅風水中水環境議題息息相關，因此如何在陽宅風水考量下對於綠建築基地保水提出有效之策略和原則為本研究主要的研究目的；當我們積極推動綠建築之際又能兼具對於陽宅風水信仰的尊重，如此對於綠建築的進行與傳統文化之傳承皆是雙贏之局面。本研究主要透過文獻整理和內容分析的方式進行，透過相關獻資料與基地保水之技術進行探討，並於兩者具關聯議題之處提出符合兩者需求之處理原則。 This paper will discuss the useful principles for rainwater conservation strategies for green buildings under considering Feng Shui issues. Rainwater conservation is one of important assessment index of the green building accreditation and help for improving soil the water content and the urban heating situation. By green building evaluation manual from the government department and researchers, some strategies such as drainage ditches, water storage ponds and artificial planting hole were relative to some issues of Feng Shui for dwellings. When we worked hard for promoting green buildings, and the Feng Shui issues also could be considered, it will help to hasten the green buildings forwards and present respect for traditional culture. To find out the useful principles for both considering rainwater conservation strategies and Feng Shui issues is main purpose of this study. This research will apply with the literature review and content analysis to process this study, and seek some results can help to solve rainwater conservation of green buildings and the Feng Shui problems.
