牧場管理應用靈芝複方添加於飼糧中對牛隻肥育之影響

The Effect of Ganoderma Lucidum formula Adding to Diets on Cattle Fattening in Rangeland Management

本研究主要探討靈芝複方添加於肉牛飼糧中，對於肉牛的體高、體長與胸圍等肥育生長性狀之影響。本試驗場域位於臺灣雲林縣的一家肉牛畜牧場，該牧場的經營方式採外購荷蘭種成長牛進行飼養，直至肥育為成牛後再售出。本試驗挑選體重約300公斤左右之成長牛27頭為試驗牛群，並隨機分為飼糧添加靈芝複方（50g／d）之實驗組（n=15），以及飼糧不添加靈芝複方之對照組（n=12）。先進行2個月之適應準備期，所有牛隻比照一般之餵養方式，且皆不額外添加靈芝複方於飼糧中，於第3個月（體重約320公斤）時開始進行二組之比較試驗，為期4個月。每月量測公牛之體高、體長與胸圍並紀錄之。結果顯示，飼糧中添加靈芝複方對肉牛生長之表現，在體高、體長與胸圍等都具有顯著的促進效果。因此，應用靈芝複方於肉牛產業，將可能是一項促進肉牛生長之飼糧添加物，深具推廣潛能。 The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum formula added to beef cattle diet on the body height, body length and bust of beef cattle of its fattening growth traits. The experiments were conducted at a beef cattle ranch located in Yunlin County, Taiwan. The ranch purchases and rears young cattle and sells them when they were fully grown after fattening. The study selected 27 young growing cattle weighting approximately 300 kg as experimental animals, which were randomly divided into experimental group(n =15) fed with Ganoderma lucidum formula(50g/d) and control group(n=12) without diet supplemented with Ganoderma lucidum formula. The first two months of preparation for adaptation, all cattle were fed a conventional diet without the addition of the Ganoderma lucidum formula until time to the third month and they attained a weight of approximately 320 kg. The experiment begins the comparative research of two groups for a period of 4 months. The body height, body length and bust of beef cattle were measured and recorded every month. The results showed that addition of the Ganoderma lucidum formula to the feed had significant promoting effects on the growth performance (body height, body length and bus) of beef cattle. Hence, the Ganoderma lucidum formula can be used in the beef industry and may be a growth-promoting feed additive with considerable promotion potential.
