休閒農業假日農夫之行為探討

The Exploration of Holiday Famers' Behavior in Leisure Agriculture

本研究主要之目的在於了解休閒農業中假日農夫之認知，以及假日農夫在休閒農業區中對「農業環境」之體驗行為探討，本研究採深入訪談方式對1.研究假日農夫行為為何崛起？2.研究假日農夫行為之動機？3.研究假日農夫行為之心理？4.研究假日農夫行為之益處？研究結果發現，受訪者大多在因緣際會下成為假日農夫，部分受訪者本身家中有田地即物盡其用拿來種植蔬果。除了可以延續土地外也覺得自己種植蔬果比較安心、健康。所有受訪者的共同點，都是能讓身體活動強健體態，親朋好友分享農作之樂還有成果培養感情，對於大部分的民眾來說是一件值得持續的事，也成為生活的一部分。 This study was conducted to understand research cognition and experience toward leisure agriculture and to explore the holyday farmer behavior in leisure farm.
