基于變異係數權重的SPA法在圖書館選址中的應用

Application of SPA Method with Variation Coefficient Weight for the Library Selection Locations

針對選擇圖書館選址方案決策影響因素的資訊不完全性以及影響因素間與評價指標的灰色性、模糊性，針對傳統目標排序方法忽略了現實中不確定因素和對立因素的缺點，基於集對分析理論建的選址方案目標排序指標體系從同、異、反三個方面研究打擊目標的確定性與不確定性，運用聯系度的概念從全局角度對選址方案目標排序問題進行集對分析。最後將採用變異係數權重法與SPA法結合起來，更全面對產品的品質進行優劣排序，並進行實例分析，排序結果符合客觀實際。 According to the characteristics of the decision factors of the library selection locations, such as information incompleteness and their grey correlation, fuzzy, aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional direct of targets sequencing which neglects uncertainties and opposing factors, an optimization of the Library selection locations is established based on the set pairs analysis method. Finally, combining variation coefficient weight with set pairs analysis of the two methods can be more comprehensive to sort the superior and inferior of the library selection, and sort of instance analysis results fulfill with the objective reality.
