貿易業向來為一種競爭激烈的行業,如何找出合適的員工進到公司服務攸關公司經營績效。由於員工甄選過程中往往涉及到多項評估準則,同時又面對多位候選人,故屬於多準則決策問題。本研究將提出一套多準則決策以供貿易公司進行新進人員甄選使用。首先針對行業特性擬定相關的甄選構面及準則,其次以層級分析法求取評估構面與準則權重,最後針對候選人員進行綜合評價,藉以替企業找出最合適的人員,以達到人盡其才之甄選功效。
This paper presents a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method to selection of new employees in a trading company. An analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to weight the weight of a finite set of alternatives involving multiple criterion. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) is used for synthetic decision. This paper formulates the new employee selection problem of a trading firm as an MCDM problem. Results show that the selection problem can be solved effectively. |
