中醫輔助人工生殖懷孕孕期生產全程病例報告

Sucessfully Pregnant by Using Tradition al Chinese Medicine and Artificial Reproductive Technology: A Case Report

中醫治療不孕症成功的案例很多，中醫藥和針灸醫術在文獻上常發表治療有效的案例。現代醫學利用人工生殖技術也讓許多不孕症婦女懷孕生產，但是全程使用中醫藥來幫助人工生殖技術讓婦女成功懷孕順產的病例並不常見。本病例從取卵、體外人工受孕到胚胎植入、整個懷孕期間、甚至生產坐月子的身體調理都使用中醫藥與針灸。病人在取卵期間定期接受針灸治療，為避免中藥補腎藥和西藥排卵藥物的交互作用，所以中藥有停用一段時間。病人在體外人工受孕與胚胎植入成功懷孕後，按照懷孕不同時程給予不同中藥調理，以避免懷孕期間之不適。因本病例為多胎懷孕也必須持續觀察胎兒之發展狀況調整中藥。生產完後同時依照傳統中醫藥的觀念，在產後坐月子期間，給予中醫補氣，補血，補腎，增乳等不同需求之中藥調理。因此這個病例報告可以說是中西醫結合治療不孕症成功的例子，可以提供臨床醫師一些經驗分享。 A lot of infertility patients were sucessfully pregnant by using traditional chinese medicine(TCM) and acupuncture. Nowadays many cases of infertility were also helped by artificial reproductive technology (ART). But there were seldom used both methods at the same time. This case used TCM for the whole pregnant periods from ovulate, infertile, implantate, pregnant to postpartum. we took acupuncture periodically to improve ovulate . We stopped herbs remedy to prevent interaction between drugs and herbs. To combined TCM and ART through the whole period of pregnancy was seldom reported and this case was a successful multiple pregnant of twin. We gave different remedies such as benefiting chi, nourishing blood and benetifing kindey, between different pregnant stages and postpatum. This case report may provide a new thought and share the experiences for clinicians who treated the infertility patients.
