中醫治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕症病例報告

Fallopian Tubes Obstruction Related Infertility Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine - A Case Report

輸卵管異常或阻塞是女性不孕的原因第二常見的病因，造成輸卵管阻塞或異常最常見的原因是骨盆腔發炎，其次是嚴重的子宮內膜異位、手術後沾黏...等。大部份輸卵管阻塞都是因為不孕症作輸卵管攝影檢查才意外發現，西醫治療輸卵管阻塞性不孕症的方法以手術為主，若輸卵管受損嚴重則採用試管嬰兒，然而不論是手術或是試管嬰兒，有其價格較昂貴及手術成功率的考量。本病例提出一名兩側輸卵管阻塞之不孕患者，經過半年中醫治療後，基礎體溫呈高溫雙相穩定，並順利懷孕。在此整理近半年的門診追蹤記錄，包含科學中藥用藥及針灸治療，合併西醫的檢驗及檢查，提供臨床上中醫治療輸卵管阻塞之不孕的實證。 This case is a 38-year-old female with uterine myoma history, who had her first gestation in 2013 but suffered from intrauterine fetal death because of chorioamnionitis. In the next 6 months, she did not conceived. Besides, she complained of premenstrual irritability, low back soreness during menstrual period and large amount of blood clot during mentruation. Based on the patient's condition, we used the method of nourishing the kidney and strengthen the essence, relieving Qi Stagnancy in Liver, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and prescribed herbal remedies such as Jiawei Xiaoyao San, guizhi fuling wan, and zoo gui wan. During ovulatory period, the patient also accepted acupuncture for promoting ovulation. Hysterosalpingography revealed bilateral fallopian tubes obstruction during Chinese medicine treatment course, but the patient had had stable biphasic basal body temperature then. We kept treatment rule and strengthened promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction during ovulatory period. She finally had her baby after six months Chinese medicine treatment course. The result suggested that Traditional Chinese medicine provide good medical care for infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction.
