目的:探討醫院附設護理之家照顧服務員健康相關生活品質滿意度與重要度之差異。方法:以自擬式問卷與台灣簡明版世界衛生組織生活品質問卷 (WHOQOL-BREF)及對應題項之重要度量表,調查照顧服務員基本特質、生活品質的情形(本研究視為滿意度)與重要度的概況,並以重要性--績效分析法 (Importance-Performance Analysis, IPA) 探討照顧服務員健康相關生活品質滿意度與重要度所得分數在象限分佈差異;提供醫院管理者精進參考。結果:(1) 照顧服務員以女性為主 (73.9%)、平均年齡48.6歲,教育程度高中(職)為主(45.6%),個人平均月收入約3萬5,000元,70.1%的照顧服務員表示現階段的薪資有意願繼續工作;(2)照顧服務員健康相關生活品質分數最佳前三項為不需要靠醫療的幫助應付日常生活,對自己滿意與能接受自己的外表;另重要度部分最重要前三項為整體自己的健康,日常生活中感到安全及自己的睡眠狀況均非常重要;(3)認為重要度高但是生活品質滿意度低,建議相關單位重視且需列為優先改善的項目,包括整體評價生活品質、整體自己健康、活力、睡眠、正面感覺、享受生活、環境健康及財務七個項目。結論:建議管理者應多重視照顧服務員的感受,多互動、溝通並了解其需求;應設置升遷方式,適度舉辦休閒或表揚活動,凝聚向心力與激勵士氣。另外,重視員工宿舍環境整修以利睡眠與生活舒壓,提供合理的工作中休息時間,如此能降低工作壓力,增加工作效率,提升生活品質。
Objectives: To explore the differences in satisfaction and importance of health-related quality of life among the nursing home nurse aides. Methods: Our study applied a cross-sectional design and the content of questionnaire included demographics, satisfaction and importance in quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF). We adopted the importance-performance analysis (IPA) to explore the differences between the satisfaction scores and the importance scores of health-related quality of life of nurse aides. Results: (1) Nurse aides was mainly female (73.9%), the average age was 48.6 years, the education level was above high school (45.6%), the average monthly income was about $ 35,000, and 70.1% of nurse aides had intention to stay. (2) The top 3 items in quality of life scores was no need any medical treatment to function in your daily life, satisfied with myself and accept own bodily appearance. In the other hand, satisfied with their health, feel safe in their daily life and satisfied with their sleep were the top 3 important items of quality of life in the nurse aides. (3) There were 7 items showed high importance but low satisfaction which should be concentrate to improve such as rate own quality of life, satisfied with own health, have enough energy for everyday life, satisfied with sleep, feel life to be meaningful, enjoy life, have enough money to meet own needs. Conclusions: It is suggested that managers should pay more attention to nurse aides' feelings, interact more, communicate and understand their needs. It also need to set up promotion methods and leisure or commendation activities should be held moderately to unite centripetal motivation and morale in the workplace. In addition, emphasis on nurse aides' dormitory environment renovation to facilitate sleep and life pressure relief, to provide a reasonable rest time at work which can reduce work stress, increase work efficiency and even improve their quality of life. |
