護理學生的國際流動已是必然趨勢,護理學門的課程設計除了課室理論外,尚包含有豐富的臨床實務實習課程,因此,境外生學習護理學門所遭遇的問題,除了學習與生活適應外,也涉及較多來自於語言、人際互動與文化上的衝擊。本文針對本校護理系在輔導境外學生學習護理的經驗,提出相關的因應對策作為分享。
The international mobility of nursing students is an inevitable trend. The curriculum design of nursing does not only include classroom lectures but also variety of clinical practices. Hence, the encounter issues of international students studying nursing program in Taiwan, which includes learning and living adaptation, but also involves more from the impact of language, interpersonal interaction, and culture. This article addresses the experience of the nursing department of I-Shou University when counseling international students in learning nursing and proposes relevant strategies for sharing. |
