The publication of the Construction Standard (trial) of Digital Campus in primary and secondary schools has attracted wide attention. In recent years， With the government’s guidance， the prominent progress has been made in digital campus construction. The infrastructure， including network and instruction devices， and applying ICT has made a significant boost. Meanwhile the construction patterns are not suitable for the requirements of “Internet +”， the data is not interconnected result that the not sharing resources， the development of systems and teachers’ ability are still unable to meet the needs of the infusion and innovation. These challenges become the realistic need of the Construction Standard (trial) of Digital Campus in primary and secondary schools.
