Korean society’s ICT index and Korean teachers’ ICT skills have attracted worldwide attention. Korea takes education informatization as a national strategy. It’s revealed that Korean teachers developed their ICT skills from technical literacy to knowledge creation through the analysis of ICT-related training curriculum and mechanism at different times. And by wich also disply the the professional attributes and social attributes of teachers’ skills. Therefore,when China develops the ICT ability of teachers,it is necessary to develop teachers’ integrated technology discipline pedagogical knowledge and promote the integration of technology and teaching,expanding teachers’ learning opportunities through the combination of online and offline training methods, supporting teachers to improve their ICT skills by the continuous policy. |
