With the arrival of information age, the combination of education and Internet information technology is quietly raising the tide of information teaching. The flipping classroom model overturns the traditional teaching mode, integrates information technology with classroom teaching, and conforms to the development trend of the information age. Based on the analysis of the development and research status of flipping classroom, this paper analyzes the necessity and value of the application of flipping classroom mode in physical education teaching in colleges and universities. The physical education flipped class model based on virtual environment is composed of four elements: participants, curriculum resources, network tools and network interaction platform. Based on theoretical analysis, this article has constructed the model of flipped class based on virtual environment in college physical education and explored the model from three different stages which contains preparation before class, interaction in class and consolidation after class. And in this way, it can promote the development of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. |
