畜牧科技之研發創新機制與成果評估

Innovative Research Mechanism and Achievement Evaluation In Livestock Technology

行政院農業委員會畜產試驗所為我國行政體系中唯一之畜產科技研究單位，肩負畜產生物資源建基、產業科技研發及產業服務之職責。基於產業主客觀情勢及市場需求，以及本所職責所在，一方面為國家培元固本、向下紮根並予長遠佈局，另方面協助產業提升競爭力及研發符合消費市場期望之創新科技與產品。準此，本所以建基、特色區隔、產業升級、商品化、永續經營及產學整合等為研發主軸，務實擬訂研發重點，並具體整合研究資源。另亦建構研發計畫與業務績效評核機制，以確保研發有效性。同時輔以推展產學互動之產業服務，替代傳統單向推廣：架設產學交流平台，落實研發成果運用管理及建立產官學攜手合作模式：藉由科技創新研發與科技管理，推動研發成果商品化與產業化並配合行政院農業委員會政策目標，均衡發展生產、生活、生態之三生農業及創力、活力、魅力之三力農業，共構健康、效率、永續經營之農業願景。

The Livestock Research Institute (LRI) is the only livestock research and development unit under the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan. It is in charge of the establishment of livestock resources, R & D of industry technology and industry service. Base on the industry's situation, market demand and the responsibility of LRI, we are endowed with the fundamental training and future arrangement. In addition, we assist on promoting competitive ability of the industry and developing innovative technology and products to meet the consumer's expectation. Hence, our research majors are fundamentals, characteristic identification, industry upgrade, commercialization, sustainable management and academia-industry integration. Furthermore, we have established (he evaluating mechanism of research projects and achievements lo ensure the availability of research results. At the same lime, the traditional one-way extension is replaced with mutual academia-industry interaction. The academia-industry platform was constructed to fulfill the application and management of research achievement and the mode of academia-industry cooperation. We promote commercialization and industrialization forresearch achievements with the R & D of innovative technology and technology management. We coordinate with the policy of Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan lo develop production, life and ecology agriculture. and creativity, vigor and loveliness agriculture to construct agricultural perspective of health, efficiency and sustainable management.
