仲景方之連翹用藥部位考

The Study of the Different Description of Forsythia in “Shang Han Lun”

麻黃連翹赤小豆湯，出自張仲景《傷寒雜病論》，組方藥物連翹之用藥部位歷代以來多有爭議。基於經方在臨床使用的實用性，以及每一味藥物的用藥部位其所含之有效成份對該藥物作用占有某種程度的影響。本文透過歷代各種《傷寒論》傳本、《傷寒》書以及相對應時代本草專著的對比研究，得知連翹用藥部位之差異，與所用底本、所處時代用藥習慣及本草學發展有密切關聯。

The use of different parts of Forsythia, which is a component of “Ephedra Forsythia Rice Bean Decoction” mentioned in Zhang Zhongjing’s book “Shang Han Zha Bing Lun” has been a controversial issue in many centuries. Different parts of the herb contain various active ingredients and therefore have different functions. By comparing several versions of the book “Shang Han Lun” from different centuries with corresponding “Materia Medica” books, we were able to describe the use of different parts of Forsythia. The clinical use of Forsythia in different centuries is closely related to the development of Materia Medica.
