學中藥,最重要就是瞭解中藥的效用,懂得在中醫理論下各藥的特性,古籍中有很豐富的歷代醫藥家,累積下來的寶貴經驗和理論知識,是臨床的寶庫,也是研究的珍貴資料。欲瞭解中藥的功效,必先從歷代本草考察入手。過去紙本書查尋工作很困難,現已是TCM-e-Books的時代,以人參為例,很快就可從電子資料庫,查到所需的大量資料,再用電腦程式,將功能主治解離、分析、統計,就有具體完整精確的結果,讓人一目瞭然。取諸重點,臨床方藥應用,熟練自如,同時也開創中醫藥典籍電腦分析的研究新領域。 從漢迄宋代,都是用白參,但有蟲蛀,不易儲存的問題。宋代,高麗為了防蟲蛀,發展了蒸煮製造紅參的方法,銷售到中國。明代以後,臨床經驗,發現紅參與白參功效有些不同。現在人參市場品,兩者銷售量差很大,「性味、功效、用方有何不同?」,是藥廠、中醫師、中藥店、使用者常困擾的問題。本研究分2篇,(1)紅參白參起源辨析,引據歷史,從溯源瞭解。(2)本文先從歷代本草功效電腦解析,理出各類功效,輕重、特效等,再引據紅白參性味功效本草專節論述、現代化學藥理研究比較,讓大家深入瞭解,得以明確分開使用,不再有紅參白參如何使用之困擾。
英文摘要
The most important thing in learning traditional Chinese medicine is to understand every feature and efficacy of the Chinese medicine under the theories of traditional Chinese medicines. Over the past years, many traditional Chinese medicine physicians wrote in the ancient works with the theoretical knowledge arising only from accumulated experience. These ancient works are not only a treasury of clinical medicine, but also are the valuable information for the relevant researches. If some body wants to understand the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine, then such person must begin with the investigation of herbal medicines. The query work in the past seemed very difficult, but now it has already entered into the period of TCM-e-Books. As an example, to query about ginseng, there are large amounts of data that can be collected from the electronic databases, then the accurate and complete results in associated with ginsengs can be obtained through the procedures of collecting, analyzing, and reckoning up its primary functions by using computer programs, thus the efficacy of ginseng will be stated clearly. As an emphasis, the application of clinical recipes must be very skillful, which also pioneered the new areas of research on the computerized analysis of traditional Chinese medicine books. White ginseng was commonly used from the Han Dynasty to the Sung Dynasty, but it had storage problems due to the infestation. Therefore, in Sung Dynasty, in order to prevent infestations, the Koreans developed a boiling and cooking method to manufacture red ginsengs for exporting to China. After the Ming Dynasty, the clinical physicians experience discovered that there were a little difference between red ginseng and white ginseng. In the ginseng market today, there is a significant difference in the sales volume of these two ginsengs. “What are the difference between the taste, function, and recipe of these two ginsengs?” has become an issue often troubling the pharmaceutical companies, doctors of Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine pharmacies, and the users. This study is divided into two portions: 1) to determine the origin of red ginseng and white ginseng by citing the historical and the herbal literature. 2) Computer analysis of ancient classics efficacy of ginseng in Bencao books, to compare the herbal efficacy between red ginseng and white ginseng based on ancient classics efficacy and the results of modern studies. So that it will help everyone to have an in-depth understanding, thus they will no longer have any trouble while using red ginseng and white ginseng.
