高雄市汽車失竊防制之探討

An Exploration of Car Theft Prevention in Kaohsiung City

在所有犯罪類型中，竊盜犯罪一向是發生率最高之犯罪型態，由國內歷年犯罪統計資料顯示，汽車竊盜是最為大宗，由於犯罪手法不斷翻新，形成偵查上嚴峻挑戰。美此，因而引發研究者對汽車失竊防制之研究樂趣，分由國內、外相關文獻探討、深度調查訪談與比較研究等，就高雄市汽車失竊情形詳加解析，為溯本尋源，釐清問題癥結所在，據為針對汽車失竊防制研提具體可行之建設性建議，俾利各相關單位參採，據為因應對策。

In all types of crime, theft crime has always been the highest incidence of crime patterns calculated by domestic calendar year and the crime statistics show that car theft is the most bulky, due to the ever-changing modus operand, the formation of the investigation on the grim challenge. Therefore, it has triggered researchers interests in finding ways of control and prevention of car theft. The researcher explored from two aspects of prevention literature about car theft: the domestic and foreign literature with profound depth of investigations together with interviews. Comparative discussions on car theft, Kaohsiung City in particular, in details are presented in combination with proposing resolutions, tracing the sourcing of thefts, clarifying the crux of the problems. Concrete constructive suggestions to all relevant police force units are presented with a hope that the counter measures would be proved practical and helpful to prevention of car thefts.
