商業模式創新之實現：以神農i 工場為例

Business Model Innovation：A Case Study of iFactory

企業經營要成功，商業模式創新會比產品或服務創新更重要。神農生技股份有限公司2006 年1 月獲准進駐屏東農業生物科技園區，2008 年底廠房建成。「神農i 工場」的主要動機為創新商業模式，提供客戶經由Internet 即可使用之開放式工場。目前產品以養猪業使用精料為主。由於國內沒有專業養猪精料生產廠商，沒有符合HACCP 標準之精料，自配飼料品質差，有極大改善空間，加以食品安全、衛生及健康已成為消費趨勢。精料屬於養猪產業供應鏈重要部分，精料市場未來發展須符合以下趨勢︰ 無抗生素污染，符合標準，客製化精料，降低環境污染，能配合政府政策達成肉品產銷履歷制度2015 年全面實施。本研究探討一個商業模式創新實現的實例，藉由產學合作計畫，配合神農公司的精料專用生產線及廠房之建置，開發及整合最新軟、硬體，讓客戶經由電子商務、行動商務即可客製化符合標準之精料，而且從行銷、訂單、生產無縫隙(seamless)的流程快速回應客戶的需求，以達到提昇我國產業競爭力之目的。

Business model innovation is one of the most important factors in achieving business success. Richfield Biotech Co. obtained government approval to build its advanced factory in the Pingtung Agricultural Biotechnology Park (PABP) in January of 2006. The construction of the factory was completed in December of 2008. The main business goal is to provide customers with an innovative business model which enables them to use the fully automated factory by placing orders via the Internet (iFactory). In the initial stage, the main products of the factory are feed supplements named Base Mix. According to our market analysis of the pig feed at present, there is no specialized factory for the pig feedstuff supplements in Taiwan, neither the supplements that conform to the HACCP regulations. Hence, there is plenty of room for improvement for the quality of the home-mix swine feeds. The current trends for the Base Mix are︰ (1) free of antibiotic contaminations, (2) conforming to HACCP and ISO22000 standards, (3) tailor-made to meet customers’ demands, (4) capable of reducing the environmental pollutions. In order for the factory to meet the trends, this research project will help Richfield Biotech Co. reach the following goals︰ (1) via the integration of e-commerce, m-commerce, and the Shannon-i-factory, farms can tailor-made their own Base Mix; (2) enabling quick responses to customer requests via seamless processes from marketing to production, and providing digitized, traceable production records; (3) farms can improve efficiency and lower cost to create value; and (4) Richfield co. can provide supplementary service solutions.
