The Importance of Free Agents in Volley Ball Contest

本研究目的旨在探討排球場上自由球員的重要性，試圖藉由這篇研究了解自由球員在排球場上的功用，欲了解球隊運用自由球員的情形，一探究竟他們在球隊中扮演什麼樣的角色。本研究主要以96 年度企業四年甲級男子排球聯賽之五支隊伍作為研究對象，探討球隊中自由球員的重要性。其研究方法是將所收集到的資料以SPSS 統計軟體作為統計分析的工具，進行結果驗證說明。研究結果如下：一、在自由球員與其他角色球員身高之比較下，自由球員身高為所有角色球員中最矮的，平均身高為172 公分。二、在自由球員與其他角色球員體重之比較下，自由球員最輕，平均體重為69.25 公斤。三、在好球率方面，自由球員差異性大於主力球員。四、在平均數方面，也是自由球員差異性大於主力球員。

The purpose of this research was to conduct study on the importance of free agents in the volley ball court and to try to understand the function of free agents on the volley ball court through this research. Also this research also intended to understand the condition of utilizing free agents by the team and to explore what kind of role they play in the team after all. The main research targets of this research were mainly based on five teams of the 2007 Corporation Four Year Class A Male Volley Ball League Match to conduct study on the importance of free agents in these teams. From the information collected, the research method was based on SPSS statistical software as the tool of statistical analysis to conduct result verification explanation. The research results were as follows: 1. Under the comparison between the height of free agents and players of other role, the height of free agents was the shortest amongst all role players that the average height was 172 cm. 2. Under the comparison between the weight of the free agents and players of other role, the weight of free agents was most light and the average weight was 69.25 kilos. 3. In respect of good shot rate, the difference of free agents was larger than the main players. 4. In respect of the average number, the difference of free agents was larger than the main players.
