我國社會企業營運策略研究──以優雅農夫為例

新型態的混合式組織「社會企業」由商業目的結合社會目的組成之企業，可望帶來長期且穩定解決社會問題之新體制，由於台灣之社會企業仍為起步階段，為讓社會企業或欲轉型社會企業之非營利組織，能夠輔以做參考標竿。透過社會企業的專家、學者的評估後，本研究認為優雅農夫在創業型態上，以培育在地青年返鄉創業為核心目標，藝術工廠作為主要業務，爾後加入經營在地農村田野復興範疇與音樂藝術產業，創作農村在地特色之多角化經營策略。其具有高度創新，更勇於突破現有藝術景觀設計的型態，對於台灣逐漸凋零的農村社會而言，優雅農夫可謂提供一個可以看見，且具體具成效的解決方案。故本研究以優雅農夫為例，期望以多方觀點透過訪視優雅農夫周遭關係人，同時採用《獲利世代》商業模式畫布之方式，從創業歷程、社會影響力、商業模式等面向之資訊，用以分析其營運策略與經營模式，來了解影響其營運情況的因素，期望給有志於社會企業之朋友提供可參考之依據
