Chikungunya Fever and its Prevention

全世界自上個世紀末以來經歷屈公熱的流行病，在過去幾十年中造成了嚴重的發病率和死亡率， 在基本防治上屈公熱的影響因素已成為公共衛生的重大挑戰性。本綜述之重點介紹了目前對於屈 公熱病毒的發病機制、爆發、生態以及環境等因素的認識，並對其預防屈公熱、惡名的埃及伊蚊 和白線斑蚊之主要傳播媒介的方法有了較詳細的認識。

Since the end of last century, the World has been experiencing a Chikungunya pandemic. Chikungunya has major challenging problems and has become essentially a public health influence causing significant morbidity and mortality for the past decades. This review highlights the current understanding on the pathogenesis, outbreaks of the disease, ecological, environmental factors allowing the expansion of the Chikungunya virus and also gives a better perspective on the ways of prevention against the primary vectors of the CHIKV, the infamous Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus.
