Constructing an intelligent healthcare PharmaCloud System

為提供更完整的用藥資訊，健保署於 2013 年推出雲端藥歷。然而我們臨床上遇到最大的困難，其實是大部分的醫事人員對院外用藥感到陌生，遇到沒看過的藥名，需打電話諮詢藥局或自己另開網頁查詢詳細藥品資訊，相當浪費時間。為改善問題，建立聰明電子網以及院外藥品轉譯鈕，此資訊系統可以將院外藥名翻譯成相對等的院內藥物名稱，還會提供藥品詳細的相關說明，讓醫療人員在第一時間就能清楚掌握病人用藥，給予快速且全面的照護。

In Taiwan, a cloud data system named the National Health Insurance PharmaCloud System has enabled medical professionals to access prescription information since 2003. However, one of the biggest challenges for medical professionals is unfamiliarity with out-of-hospital medicine names. If they do not recognize a drug’s name, they must contact the pharmacy or check on their own. To solve this problem, a smart e-network and out-of-hospital drug translation system was created, which translates out-of-hospital drug names into the equivalent in-hospital name, and provides detailed instructions. This helps medical professionals quickly understand patients’ medication needs and provide the best quality care.
