Cross-school professional community is an educational chance of class creation,throughout integrating strategies to construct the different school teachers into onecommunity. It can helps teachers development themselves and reaches the educationalgoal. This article presents dilemmas of constructing professional community: 1. Highrate of teachers flow, plans of community is hard to sustainable; 2.Less of time,increasing pressure on teachers; 3.Lacks of profession, operation is difficult to create; 4.Stubborn attitudes, teachers would not focus on educational creations and share.According to those dilemmas, we present four strategies: 1. Constructing humanresources with neighbor schools, planning schedule of cross-schools interaction;2.Decreasing administration working, priority of teaching; 3. Increasing humanresources outdoors, promoting professional teaching skills; 4. Put on importance ofcross-schools community, inspiring self-development. This article can be references topromote healthy and physical teacher professional community in the future. |
