The acceptance of Wu wen-yin, a composer of Ci poetry in the Southern Song Dynasty, which can be learned from Zhang Yan's monograph on Ci poetry ”The Origins of Ci poetry” and his three Ci poems. But a lot of scholars have focused on his concepts of ”Qingkong and Zhishi” since it was put forward, they seldom discussed the acceptance of Meng Chuang and his Ci poetry for Zhang Yan from his three Ci poems. This paper is based on those Ci poems, consisted of three chapters including what had Zang Yan learned form Meng Chuang's Ci poems, his criticisms about Meng Chuang's Ci poems, and his sympathy for Meng Chuang to live as a led captain. The conclusion of this paper is that beyond a vain impression only coming form the text, the acceptance of Wu wen-ying for Zang Yan is full of sympathy and admiration. |
