華文行動學習國際場域推動研究－－以新加坡國民小學為例

Effects of Mobile Learning on Mandarin Learning course at an elementary school in Singapore

華文學習為全球趨勢，本研究將我國具國際優勢之App華文學習教材與電子書包整合，於新加坡打造華文行動學習環境，以解決新加坡母語為華文的學童，逐漸不會華文的困境。本研究與我國4家數位學習業者（勝典、曉騰、仁瀚、無敵）、國際2家IRS與硬體業者(HeuLab、iknow.JD)合作，以新加坡華民國民小學二年級18位母語為華文的師生為研究對象，推動2週融入公民與道德教育課程之創新實驗，並以問卷、親訪、學習單、前後測的方式，蒐集學生、班級教師、資訊教師、學校校長的質性資料、量化資料。經過分析彙整後發現，本研究具有正面成效，學生主動樂學、學習動機提升，教師認為課堂教學多元、學習成效提升。且證實我國App互動數位華文電子繪本具有競爭力，未來可對應新加坡教育部各年級公民與道德教育課程綱要，發展長期整體的華文創新教學方案，藉由本研究的經驗推動跨國合作與全球鍊結式的學習。

Mandarin Learning & teaching with technology is a global trend. Taiwan has the strengths in ICT and innovative instructional design. This study intergrates learning materials App, mobile learning and IRS system as a total solution to teach mother tongue language in Civic and Moral Education (CME) class of Huamin primary school in Singapore. Our partners include 4 e-learning companies（O-Pa、 Mebooks、Anheart、BESTA）in Taiwan and 2 IRS and hardware vendors （HeuLab & iknow.JD）in Singapore. The test group includes 18 2nd grade 8- year- old students. This course spans 2 weeks and mix qualitative & quantitative method by in-depth interview, answer sheet, questionnaire, and a pre-test and post-test. The result shows SG students enjoy learning with technology, their learning movitation has improved. We find Taiwan’s Mandarin Learning tools such as e-book App & e-bag are very competitive in international campus market. It is very helpful to facilitate teachers' curriculum development. The following suggestion is to keep going to plan a longterm innovative Mandarin e-learing programs. We firmly believe the bright sight of globally connected learning is just around the corner.
