本研究旨在建構大學生休閒態度、休閒體驗與幸福感之關係模式。以淡江大學、真理大學、聖約翰科技大學等三校日間部學生為對象,採問卷調查法,經分層隨機抽取450人,回收有效問卷336份,回收率為74.6%。以結構方程模式進行分析,研究結果發現:一、「休閒態度」、「休閒體驗」與「幸福感」之影響模式符合各項適配度指標。二、「休閒態度」對「休閒體驗」有直接影響效果,「休閒體驗」對「幸福感」亦有直接影響效果。最後,根據研究結果提出要增進大學生的幸福感受,滿意的休閒體驗之獲得乃關鍵因素,因而大學生的休閒教育與休閒體驗是值得加強推廣的教育發展目標。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to construct a model of relationship towards the recreation, attitude, recreation experience and feeling of well-being towards university students. The subjects were the day-school undergraduate students of Tamkang University, Aletheia University, and St. John’s University. 490 students were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were collected by closed-ended questionnaires (375 effective questionnaires were collected, 76.6%) and were analyzed by SEM. Statistical results indicate that: 1. Recreation attitude, recreation experience, and feeling of well-being of university students were consistent with all fit indexes. 2. Recreation experience was influenced by recreation attitude immediately and the feeling of well-being was influenced by recreation experience immediately. Overall, It is a critical influent factor to embody recreational experience to improve the undergraduate students’ feeling of well-being. To promote more about the recreation education and recreation experience of undergraduate students is an essential educational target.
