R.O.C. has amended the Copyright Law and Copyright Intermediary Organization ACT (Draft: Copyright Collective Management ACT) in January, 2010. The purpose of the article is to provide academics and policymakers with a consistent framework for evaluating the relative desirability of ISP liability and regulation of copyright collective management. Canada maintains vibrant competition law and policy in the face of possible changes to copyright law. U.S. always provides us the experiences to legislate the same act in R.O.C. This paper discusses the copyright laws of U.S. and Canada, including cases and the other related statutes. |
